Are your products safe to use on all skin types?
Our skincare line is 100% cruelty-free, gluten-free, paraben, sulfate, silicone and talc-free. Formulas are created with all skin types, including sensitive skin in mind. However, we recommend all our customers read the ingredients before buying just to make sure any of our ingredients don't cause issues.
Can I return my product if I don't like it?
We recommend trying samples of our products before purchasing a full-priced item. This will give you a chance to see if you like it. Samples are non-returnable, non-refundable.
FULL PRICED ITEMS: We will only accept the return of a product, within 2 weeks of purchase AND if the seal is still intact. Under no circumstances will we accept open items. Once we receive your return, we will reimburse you for the price of the product and the original shipping costs. If you are completely dissatisfied with the product, and you have used it, please fill out a form below and let us know why you are requesting a refund.
How long does it take to get my purchase?
Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. We are doing our best to get you your products as fast as possible, however, during this time, wait times are a little longer than usual. If you find your package taking longer than the allotted time, we will send you a code for free shipping on your next order.
How do I track my order?
Once you purchase your box, we will send you a confirmation email. Once your box ships, we will send you an email with a tracking order. If you do not receive the tracking number, email us and we will remedy that ASAP! You can also sign in to your account ( in top menu) to track orders.
